With our fabrication facility spanning approximately 125,000 square feet, each machine will fit and be able to move as we need it to. We are able to streamline the entire fabrication process and the facility houses a variety of fabrication equipment. We also have the ASME stamps for “U” and “R” pressure vessel manufacturing.
Once the machine has been fabricated, it will then move to our paint and blast facilities. These facilities both feature a 30-ton crane capacity or rails so we can easily maneuver the machines. The two facilities are almost 40,000 square feet in size and they are temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled to ensure the highest quality job. We also have the capability of running soda blast for more sensitive applications.
After your machine is painted, it is time for it to be assembled. This facility is also 40,000 square feet so the machines can move easily from one space to the other. It will then be run through several tests to ensure top quality. Our expert team will test your machine thoroughly and make sure that each aspect is functioning as it should.
