Our 125,000 square foot facility was built in 1975 and has seen more than 40 years of handling fabrication and machining of oil and gas equipment. Our facility is fully equipped to complete a variety of jobs and is home to several types of equipment used to fabricate any jobsite needs. Plus, we maintain the ASME stamps for “U” and “R” pressure vessel manufacturing and repair. This area has a variety of fabrication equipment within it so our team is able to fabricate almost any style of machine and ensure that each piece is being constructed with care and precision. With all of the equipment under one roof, we are able to streamline the process and internally control all aspects of the projects.
With two standalone paint and blast facilities that span nearly 40,000 feet, we offer the best quality manufactured products. Each facility houses a blast booth that is 60 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 18 feet high, and both facilities are able to run soda blast for projects that are more sensitive. Each blast booth leads directly to a fully connected, temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled paint room to ensure the highest quality of products. There is also either a 30-ton overhead crane capacity or rails for the extra heavy vessels in both booths, so we can maneuver machines with ease and reach every inch of space that needs to be blasted and painted.
After an item is machined, fabricated, blasted, and painted, this 40,000 square foot facility is where products are assembled to our client’s final specifications. The facility houses eight overhead cranes, ranging from 5 to 15 tons and a 23 foot hook height, so there is very little that our assembly facility cannot handle. The assembly facility also houses an electrical clean room where our technicians build new control consoles and junction boxes, as well as repair existing devices. Our technicians are fully trained to work on a variety of machines. This assembly space is ideally prepared to allow our team to work as well as possible.
