Since we have such expansive facilities, we are able to handle every aspect of the manufacturing process under one roof. From the early fabrication steps of your machine to the assembly, we are there every step of the way to make sure that your machine is being handled with care. In our fabrication area, there is roughly 125,000 square feet of space where your machine will first be worked on and constructed. This area has a variety of equipment that will help our crew to fabricate your machine and make sure that everything is properly built.
Once everything is fabricated, it will move to the paint and blast area. The blast area houses a steel-shot blast booth and it is also capable of running soda blast for applications that are more delicate. We also have two booths so that we can streamline this process. Once your machine is done in the blast area, it will be directly lead to the paint area. This area is temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled so every inch of your machine is painted with the utmost care. There are also two facilities for this area, as well, with the largest being 100’ by 200’ so we can easily accommodate your machine.
After your machine has gone through these processes, it will finally be assembled. This is where we take the time to ensure that each piece of your machine is put together properly and that everything is functioning as it should be. This area features eight overhead cranes that range in weight and height so we can assemble your machine without any issues.
Once you receive your machine, our services don’t end there! You can bring your machine back at any time for any repairs or maintenance that needs to be performed.
