Process Service & Manufacturing began as a small fabrication and machine shop in 1975. We have grown to become one of the largest fabrication companies in our region with a reputation for excellent Customer service and quality products. Process Manufacturing controls the entire fabrication process from beginning to end eliminating excessive logistics, costs, and outsourced timelines. This allows us to streamline and quickly customize our products for Customer’s convenience. Process Service & Manufacturing also maintains the ASME stamps for “U” and “R” pressure vessel manufacturing and repair. With our tremendous experience servicing the Oil and Gas industry, Process Service & Manufacturing has an impressive collection of precision fabrication and machining equipment that can handle most any fabrication project regardless of size, weight, or scope.
With all of these fabrication equipment, our facility can handle any size of machine and our team can navigate the entire process with precision. Once the machine is fabricated, it will then move to the paint and blast facility. We know that the colors of a machine can signify different applications and that is why our team will ensure that every machine is painted to the exact specifications provided. We have two separate paint and blast facilities that are temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled to ensure the highest quality products. The paint and blast facilities also include an overhead crane or rails to handle the larger machines and we even offer soda blasting for more sensitive applications.
Once everything is fabricated and painted, the machines will then move on to be assembled. This is where our team will put the machine together and run all types of tests to ensure the operating systems and other details are running as they should. We take the time to check over every inch of the machine to make sure that all aspects are perfectly fabricated and assembled.
