During the fabrication process, our 125,000 square foot facility is sure to accommodate any sized machine. Once the fabrication process is complete, we move onto the painting. We know that painting and blasting is extremely important and that the paint will signify different controls and parts of the machine. Since we know how important it is that the machine is painted correctly, our indoor facility is temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled so that the paint is high quality and perfectly painted so that each feature is distinguishable.
After the painting, we move onto assembly. This is arguably the most important part, as this is when our team will inspect each aspect and see that it is all assembled properly. We run through each specification that you may have. In the assembly process, we will also build the control consoles and other electrical needs.
