Our variety of services allows us to offer a full scale manufacturing for any machine. Our fabrication area has all of the equipment necessary to manufacture every part of a variety of machines. Our equipment currently includes vertical machining centers, a welding system, a laser and plasma table, bandsaws, and so much more. With this selection of equipment and our large facility, our team will be able to handle almost any job that comes their way.
Customers can expect the highest quality product from Process Manufacturing with the help of our in-house blasting and painting division. With two stand-alone blast and paint facilities, Process Manufacturing has the space and equipment necessary to handle any job including internal coatings and epoxy blends. Each blast and paint facility has a recycled steel-shot blast booth and is capable of utilizing soda blast for more sensitive applications. Our paint buildings and blast booths are fully connected to ensure that your product is never contaminated by the outside environment. Furthermore, our temperature, humidity, and vacuum controls ensure the highest quality output. And for extra heavy structures and vessels, the facilities utilize 30-ton overhead cranes or rail cars.
Once the machines are fabricated and have been through the paint and blast facility, they will then be assembled. This area features more than 40,000 square feet of space and are assembled to our customer’s specifications. There are also overhead cranes that range in size so every machine can be handled here. The assembly area is also where the control consoles and junction boxes are built and tested. This area is where the machines will come to life and be tested for the final time.
