What started out as a small fabrication shop more than 40 years ago has steadily grown to one of the largest fabrication and machining centers in the state. With more than 125,000 square feet of space, we can take on projects of any size and handle every state of fabrication, repairing, and assembling. Our fabrication team is certified in the ASME stamps “U” and “R” pressure vessel manufacturing, as well as a variety of fabrication equipment.
Once your machine is fabricated, we will move it to our blast and paint facility where it will be professionally painted. Each paint and blast room is temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled so that we can deliver the best quality possible. We know that the paint and blast is imperative in identifying key pieces and controls on the machine so we take the most care possible when it comes to the painting.
As for assembly, we first fabricate and paint your machine so that we can take extra care to perfectly assemble each piece to your specifications. We are equipped to assemble a variety of products from well-servicing and pressure pumping to midstream pipeline equipment and upstream production equipment. The assembly area also includes our electrical clean room where our technicians build new control consoles and repair existing consoles that will fit the exact specifications of your machine.
