While other companies may specialize in certain refinery products, our campus houses all of the equipment necessary to fabricate, paint, blast, and assemble your entire machine. In our fabrication facility, we have more than 125,000 square feet of space dedicated to this area, alone. Known as one of the premier centers in the southwest region, this space is equipped to handle any machine. We have a variety of fabrication machines and equipment ranging from a hydrostatic testing facility to a radial arm press, welding manipulators, and more so we are prepared for any style of machine.
Once your machine has been fabricated, it will move onto the paint and blast area. This space features nearly 40,000 square feet so we can easily maneuver around your machine and ensure that every area is painted to your exact specifications. We have two stand-alone facilities and each one houses a steel-shot blast booth and they are capable of running soda blast for more sensitive applications, as well. The blast booths are connected to an indoor paint room that is temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled to ensure the highest quality. Both of our facilities will feature 30-ton overhead crane capacity so we can lift and maneuver even the heaviest of equipment.
After your machine done with painting, we will then assemble everything and run final tests. Our assembly area also features 40,000 square feet of space so we will be able to perfectly assemble your machine. While your machine is being assembled, our expert technicians will be in the Electrical Clean Room where they will build all new control consoles and junction boxes. Our technicians have years of experience with this type of equipment and can handle the electrical needs of your machine.
When your machine leaves our shop, our services don’t stop there. We also handle any type of repair and remanufacturing that your machine may need.
